** Managed the successful SAP 4.6 upgrade project for two US manufacturing sites for a Fortune 500 global chemical manufacturing company's agricultural division. The upgrade enabled the company to realize its synergies and improve its financial reporting systems.
** Upgraded ERP software and data to provide sound financials and accurate data for product pricing to ensure target margins. Implemented Shop Floor Control and Inventory Control modules to track and control true manufacturing costs, WIP and to determine optimum inventory levels.
